All In Watts Foundation was created from a belief that every young person deserves to feel seen, supported, and capable of building a successful future.
Many youth and families face barriers that cannot be addressed through a single service. They need trusted relationships, safe environments, educational guidance, financial knowledge, positive experiences, and reliable connections to community resources.
Our foundation brings these forms of support together. We listen to community needs, connect individuals with meaningful opportunities, and help young people build the confidence and practical skills needed to move forward.

Our Mission

The mission of All In Watts Foundation is to create meaningful, lasting, and measurable outcomes for children and families in Watts and other historically underserved communities throughout Southern California. Through financial literacy, mentoring, job readiness, workforce development, essential services, and access to life-changing opportunities, we empower individuals and families with the knowledge, skills, resources, and support they need to thrive.

Our services support youth seeking mentorship and positive opportunities; individuals facing risk, instability, or limited access to resources; families needing services or referrals; students requiring educational guidance; young people developing financial and life skills; and community members seeking safe, supportive connections.
